While there are some busy restaurant spots in Hobart, the true uniqueness of Tasmania’s dining experience is found in its more out of the way picturesque locations.

Drop in for a quick pick me up or stay for breakfast or lunch while you relax in the welcoming environment of a cosy café or tearoom. If you’re lucky, you might stumble across an open mic night of poetry or music, which is a popular event in coffeehouses around the large cities.
