THIS IS THE SEARCH PANEL

Take your bike along the coast, into the outback or around the city on a cycling adventure in Western Australia. Biking is a favourite pastime amongst the locals, so you’ll be in good company when you head out on the road.

The pathways and bridges around Perth and Kings Park have been well worn over the years by cycling enthusiasts who love the close proximity to the water, bushland and the city all in one location. Cross the Swan River using the Narrows Bridge or the Causeway, then go for a ride around Heirisson Island. Then head up the hill to Kings Park for a scenic ride through natural bushland. The park has magnificent views of the city, and in spring the bush comes to life with wildflowers.

Just off the coast, bikes are the main form of transport on Rottnest. With no cars on the island it’s literally the only way to independently get around, so if you want to see the sights, start peddling!

Built through an undeveloped corridor of natural forest, the Munda Biddi trail is shaping up to be a prime spot for off-road biking. With something for everyone, the trail has sections to suit all levels of riding ability. Ride your mountain bike the whole 900 kilometres, or just do a section. How hard you go is up to you.
